We are open Monday through Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

We accept credit, debit, cash, and FSA/HSA cards.

Credit card information is collected in our Intake Form prior to your visit. Charges are applied upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you miss your appointment without contacting our office within 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment amount. Additionally, if you are late for a scheduled appointment, the full appointment amount will be charged.
